Description

Waterproofing agent composition

The present invention relates to a waterproofing agent composition and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a waterproofing composition for cement or mortar comprising an epoxy resin polymerized with epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A, a methylcellulose emulsifier, an antifoaming agent, and a curing agent made by reacting cellulose with an aqueous alkali solution and diethyl sulfate. .

Conventionally, various waterproofing agents are known. In other words, the method of forming a film using a pitch or asphalt roofing to waterproof the film has recently suffered from such disadvantages as the trouble of requiring hot working of the waterproof layer, poor weather resistance, and economical cost. Legal demand is gradually decreasing. As an improvement of the above method, there is also a sheet waterproofing method of forming a waterproofing layer by bonding the sheet, which is an asphalt cold work material, to the lower surface. Good, but it is difficult to increase the repair cost when cracks and defects occur on the waterproof surface of the cement. Another method is to apply synthetic rubber, resin solution, latex, etc. to the base to a certain thickness or more, and to form a waterproof layer, but this method also applies a separate waterproofing solution to form a waterproof film and cement mortar on it. There is an inconvenient point to construct.

Patent Publication No. 67-179 discloses that a p-sulfonyl-m-cresol in which sulfonic groups are introduced by sulfuric acid treatment of cresyl acid containing 40% or more of m-cresol is condensed with formalin to give poly- The leakage preventing agent formed by adding an ester, an epoxy resin and a fibrous polymer compound, a solvent, a filler, and the like has many problems such as weather resistance because it is not hygienic and is not easily mixed with cement.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-3639 discloses a cement waterproofing agent mainly composed of xyleneamine and higher fatty acid amide.

These waterproofing agents are expensive and are not easily and uniformly mixed with cement, and thus have a weakness in weather resistance such as cracking after a certain period of time.

Patent specification No. 79-621 discloses a waterproofing agent by mixing stearic acid and hydrated lime at 70-80 ° C., mixing hydrated lime and calcium chloride, and adding lignin sulfonate thereto. Although a waterproofing agent containing stearic acid or a derivative thereof has been widely used to date, organic waterproofing agents have a disadvantage in that they are not easily mixed with inorganic materials, and these waterproofing agents also do not exhibit a perfect waterproofing effect due to poor curability, dispersibility, and waterproofing properties.

In addition, a waterproofing agent mainly composed of polystyrene-based asphalt obtained by reacting styrene monomer with asphalt, a method of obtaining an acid-resistant waterproofing agent by treating silicon halides, esterification of phosphoric acid, mixed with low-polyvinyl alcohol, and sacrificing tallow Although a waterproofing agent that mixes a liquid with a solution of sulfuric acid treated with vegetable oil is disclosed (see Patent Publication No. 76-371, Patent Publication No. 80-505, Patent Publication; No. 80-1331, etc.). It has not been put to practical use because of poor waterproof, dispersibility and weather resistance.
