Claims (2)

  1. 밸트 트위스팅 가연(假然) 장치를 이용하여 미해연부와 해연부를 교호로 형성한 폴리에스터 특수가공사를 제조함에 있어서 복굴절율 Δn이 20×10-3-80×10-3인 플리에스터 미연신사(P0Y)를 다음 사항을 동시에 만족하는 조건하에 벨트 트위스팅하여 폴리에스터 특수가공사를 제조하는 방법.
    다 음
    (1) 연신배율이 POY의 S-S 커어브(장력을 y축으로 하고 신도를 x 축으로 하였을때의 장력변화에 따르는 신도변화를 나타내는 곡선)상에서 S-S 커어브의 1차 변곡점 이상이 되고 냉연신비 이하가 되도록 한다. (2) 가연처리후의 실의 장력(T2)에 가연처리전에서의 실의장력(T1)이 7.5 미만이 되도톡 트위스팅 밸트의 각도 및 속도를 설정한다. (3) 220℃퍼스트 히이터의 온도 <POY 융점.
  2. 벨트 트위스팅 장치를 이용하여 미해연부와 해연부가 교호로 형성된 폴리에스터 특수가공사를 제조함에 있어서, 미해연부의 길이가 해연부의 길이보다 긴특성을 가지도록한 폴리에스터 특수가공사.
