Claims (10)
- 축이 용탕쪽으로 향하도록 용기의 측벽에 설치되고 교류전원에 연결되는 1차 또는 송신코일과 2차 또는 수신코일로 구성되는 전자코일들을 포함하고 용탕레벨의 높이에 따라 유도된 이들 코일의 교류전압이 데이타 프로세싱 유니트용 입력신호로서 기여하는 잉고우트 모울드 속으로 용융강을 주입하기 위한 야금용 중간용기의 충전레벨 측정장치에 있어서, 송신 및 수신코일들이 충전레벨 방향으로 연장되는 최소한 하나의 송신코일(20)(30)과 그에 관련되면서 다른 높이로 배치된 최소한 두 수신코일(21)(31)(32)들을 측정유니트(1)로 결합시켜서된 것임을 특징으로 하는 야금용기용 충전레벨 측정장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 측정유니트(1)가 절연체(22)와 그 주위를 둘러싸는 전기절연성 성형물을 갖는 내화성물질(23)에 지지된 나전선으로 된 송신 및 수신코일(20)(21a)(21b)의 코일시스템으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 측정유니트(1)가 내화성 전기절연물질로 구성되고 코일시스템의 전선을 받아들이는 안내홈이 형성된 프레임 또는 성형체로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제2항 및 3항에서, 측정유니트(1)가 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 물질에 의하여 야금용기의 영구라이닝(17)내에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10㎑ 범위의 교류전압이 송신코일에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 측정유니트(1)가 충전레벨 방향에 차이나는 계자속을 갖는 송신코일(30)과 송신코일과 다른 계자속 영역에 배치되는 수신코일(31)(32)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제6항에서, 측정유니트(1)가 용탕레벨의 최적높이의 영역에서 보다 강한 계자속을 갖는 송신코일(30)과 보다 약한 계자속과 관련되는 수신코일 및 보다 강한 계자속과 관련되는 수신코일(31)(32)을 포함하며 이 수신코일들은 서로 다른 수의 권선을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 7항에서, 송신코일(30)이 보다 강한 계자속을 내도록 프로파일 등에 권선된 2차권선(30a)를 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 데이타 프로세싱유니트(9)의 컴튜터(10)에 입력신호가 저장되고 특정 용탕레벨용 눈금 또는 출력신호용 보상치가 형성되어 중간용기(2)의 마모라이닝(19)의 마모와 용탕 및 측정단위간의 거리변화를 계산하도록 된 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항 및 9항에 있어서, 2차코일의 수와 2차코일로부터 오는 신호의 선상결합이 증가되므로서 각 눈금을 넘어설때의 정보가 충분한 정확성을 갖고 용탕레벨을 결정하도록 되었음을 특징으로 하는 장치.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
