제1도는 형성중인 중간단계의 고장력 전송케이블의 한 형상을 보인 도면으로, 조밀한 다수-가닥 케이블로부터 강체 중심 코아를 제거하고 열린 케이블 속으로 삽입함을 설명하는 도면.
제2도는 형성중인 중간 단계의 다수-가닥 케이블의 가로-단면도로써 개개의 가닥이 단단한 중심 코아 와이어를 중심으로 묶음을 도시한 도면.
제3도는 제2도에서 도시한 다수-가닥 케이블이 형성중인 연속 단계에 있는 가로-단면을 보이는 도면으로 케이블의 주 가닥들이 단단한 중심 코아전선을 중심으로 더욱 밀집되어져서 인접한 가닥끼리 서로 밀집됨을 도시하는 도면.

Claims (13)

  1. 비교적 단단한 코아를 가깝게 감싸도록 밀집 공정에 의해 변형된 다수의 주가닥을 가지는 고장력 전송 케이블에 있어서, 주가닥이 비교적 유연하거나 혹은 취성 코아이고 밀집되지 않는 대용물상에서 꼬여서 전송물을 포함하는 집합된 케이블을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비교적 유연한 대용물코아가 주가닥들에 인접하여 서로 분리하여 전기적으로 절연하도록 이들 사이에 삽입되는 리브 혹은 플랜지들을 가지는 리본으로 형성된 전기적 절연재료로 되어 있고, 주가닥은 전기적 도체로 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기적 절연재료의 껍질이 전송케이블을 따라 그리고 케이블을 중심으로 연장함을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 혹은 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 비교적 유연한 대용코아가 전송물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 전송물이 광학섬유물질을 포함하는 고장력 손상케이블.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 전송물이 전기도체를 포함하는 고장력 손상케이블.
  7. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 주가닥이 한 코아를 감싸고 코아에 밀집된 다수의 제2가닥들을 포함하는 고장력 전송 케이블.
  8. 비교적 단단한 코아를 중심으로 다수의 주가닥이 감겨 있는 다수-가닥 케이블로부터 고장력 전송 케이블을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 전술한 케이블을 적어도 부분적으로 밀접시키고, 주가닥들을 분리시키려, 케이블로부터 비교적 단단한 코아를 제거하고, 비교적 유연한 코아를 비교적 단단한 코아의 대용으로 삽입한 후 다시 꼬고 주가닥을 폐쇄시키는 과정들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블 형성 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 케이블을 밀집시키는 과정이 가닥들을 밀접시킴을 포함하여 인접한 가닥들이 서로 접촉하게 변형되고, 비교적 유연한 코아를 광학섬유 재료이거나 혹은 전기적 도체를 형성하고 또 전술한 단단한 코아와 실질적으로 동일한 직경의 원형 단면임을 특징으로 하는 고장력 전송 케이블 형성 방법.
  10. 제8항 혹은 제9항에 있어서, 다수-가닥 케이블이 리브 혹은 플랜지를 가진 리본형태의 전기절연 요소의 형상인 비교적 유연한 코아를 삽입하기에 충분할 정도로 밀접되고 상기 리브 혹은 플랜지들은 전술한 인접가닥들 사이에 끼워짐을 특징으로 하는 형성 방법.
  11. 제8항 혹은 제9항에 있어서, 전술한 비교적 유연한 코아가 단단한 코아와 실질적으로 직경이 같은 원형단면 요소형상의 광학섬유 재료 혹은 전기도체임을 특징으로 하는 형성방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항에 있어서, 비교적 유연한 코아 주위로 주가닥들을 폐쇄하고 난 후 케이블을 전기절연 껍질 내에 싸거나 혹은 부가적인 과정을 포함하는 형성 방법.
  13. 제8항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 주가닥을 분리하고, 비교적 단단한 코아를 제거하고, 비교적 유연한 코아를 대체하고 다시 꼬고 주가닥들을 폐쇄하는 과정이 연속으로 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 형성방법.
