Claims (4)

  1. 테트라하이드로-α-(1-나프틸메틸)-2-푸란 프로파노산을 제조하는데 있어서, 2-테트라하이드로푸란 프로파노산은 리튬디이소프로필아미드 존재하에 축합에 의해 1-클로로메틸 나프탈렌과 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라하이드로-α-(1-나프틸메틸)-2-푸란 프로파노산의 제조방법.
  2. 테트라하이드로-α-(1-나프틸메틸)-2-푸란 프로파노산을 제조하는데 있어서, 제1항의 반응혼합물을 염산으로 처리한 용액을 유기용매로 추출하고 가성소다용액으로 다시 처리한 다음 염산으로 중화시키고 유기상을 건조하여 유기용매를 증발시켜 오일형태의 산을 분리해내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2-테트라-하이드로푸란 프로파노산을 -10℃ 내지 0℃하에서 무수테트라하이드로푸란중의 리튬 디이소프로필아미드 용액에 가하고 테트라하이드로푸란 용액에 클로로메틸나프탈렌을 0℃에서 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 용매는 방향족 탄화수소, 클로로포름, 에틸아세테이트에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
