Claims (16)
- 전기저항 발열체(28)가 내부에 배치되어 있는 열가소성 피팅(10)을 전기열로 용접시키고, 용접과정중 일정량의 전력을 발열체에 공급하고, 양질의 용접을 보장하는 방법으로서, (1) 상기 피팅(10)을 제어된 전원(45)에 연결시킴으로써 피팅의 저항발열체(28)에 제어된 전력을 공급하고, (2)피팅의 저항발열체(28)를 통하여 흐르는 초기전류량을 감지하고, 이러한 전류량을 피팅의 여러 가지 크기에 대한 예정된 전류수준과 비교함으로써 용접되는 피팅의 크기와 양질의 용접을 보장하기 위하여 피팅의 저항 발열체(28)에 제어된 전력을 공급하여야 하는 총시간을 결정하고, (3) 피팅의 발열체에 제어된 전력이 공급되는 시간중 저항발열체(28)의 하나 이상의 전기적 특성을 계속하여 감지하고, 이러한 특성들을 예정된 시간간격으로 (2)단계에서 정하여진 피팅크기에 대한 예정 전류수준과 비교함으로써 용접과정이 이러한 시간간격에서 비정상적으로 진행되고 있는가의 여부를 판정하며, (4) 용접과정이 (3)단계에서 비정상적으로 진행된다고 판정되었을 때 또는 (2)단계에서 정하여진 양질의 용접을 위하여 필요한 총시간이 끝났을 때 피팅의 저항 발열체에 대한 전력의 공급을 중단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 피팅 전열용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피팅의 초기온도 수준을 감지하고, 이러한 온도수준을 (2)단계에서 정하여진 피팅의 크기에 대하여 예정된 온도수준과 비교함으로써 필요한 경우에는 초기온도 수준에 의하여 피팅의 저항발열체에 제어전력을 공급하여야 하는 총시간을 조절하고, 이러한 조절에 따라 (2)단계에서 정하여진 총시간을 변경시키는 단계들이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 피팅의 저항발열체의 온도크기에 제어전력이 발열체에 공급되는 시간중 감지하고, 이러한 온도 크기를 예정된 시간간격으로 (2)단계에서 정하여진 피팅의 크기에 대한 예정온도수준과 비교함으로써 이러한 시간간격에서 용접과정이 비정상적으로 진행되고 있는가의 여부를 판정하고, 온도비교에 의하여 용접과정이 비정상적으로 진행되는 것으로 판정된 때에는 저항발열체의 제어전력공급을 중단시키는 단계들이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 피팅의 발열체에 공급되는 제어전력의 전류가 교류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 교류의 주파수를 피팅이 용접과정중에 생기는 자장에 의하여 진동할 수 있게 하는 수준으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 한항에 있어서, (3)단계에 발열체를 과도하게 가열함이 없이 발열체의 측정하기 위하여 최저전압수준에 발열체에 대하여 전력을 공급하고, 발열체의 초기온도를 판정하기 위하여 발열체의 측정저항을 공급하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발열체의 초기온도, 피팅의 크기, 발열체에 전력을 공급하여야 하는 시간, 전력이 공급되는 시간중 흐르는 전류의 감지량, 피팅의 발열체에 정압전력이 공급되는 총시간 등이 포함되어 있는 용접과정에 관한 정보를 기록하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 피팅(10)에 부착된 한쌍의 전기접점(16)(18)에 연결되어 있는 전기저항 발열체(28)가 내부에 배치된 열가소성 피팅(10)을 전기열로 용접시키고, 용접과정중 일정한 전력이 발열체에 공급되고, 양질의 공급이 보장되는 장치로서, 제어된 전력을 발생시키는 제1 발전수단(45), 전기적으로 연결된 발전수단(45)으로부터 흐르는 전류량을 감지하는 전류센서수단(46), 발전수단에 연결되고, 전력을 피팅(10)의 전기저항 발열체(28)에 유도하기 위하여 피팅(10)의 전기접점(16)(18)에 착탈가능하게 연결되어 있는 전기케이블(24)(26), 발전수단(45)과 케이블(24)(26)사이에 전기적으로 연결된 스위치수단(52), 피팅(10)의 저항발열체(28)를 통하여 흐르는 전류를 수용하고, 그 크기를 피팅의 여러 가지 크기에 대한 예정된 전류수준과 비교함으로써 용접되는 피팅의 크기와 양질의 용접을 보장하기 위하여 피팅의 발열체에 정압전력을 공급하여야 하는 총 시간을 판정하고, 상기 전류량을 예정된 시간간격으로 용접되는 피팅의 크기에 대한 예정전류 수준과 비교함으로써 용접과정이 이러한 시간간격에서 비정상적으로 진행되고 있는가의 여부를 판정하고, 용접과정이 비정상적으로 진행된다고 판정된 때 또는 양질의 용접을 위하여 필요하다고 판정된 총시간이 경과한 때 피팅의 발열체에 대한 전력공급을 중단시키는 스위치 수단을 동작시키기 위하여 전류센서 수단(46)과 스위치수단(52)에 연결된 컴퓨터가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 케이블(24)(26)이 부착되어 있고, 피팅의 전기접점중 적어도 하나에 연결하게 되어 있는 온도 감지수단(42)이 더 포함되어 있고, 컴퓨터(50)가 전력이 발열체(28)에 공급되는 총시간을 피팅의 초기온도에 따라 조정하고, 발열체(28)의 온도를 전력이 발열체에 공급되는 시간중 예정된 시간간격으로 용접되는 피팅의 크기에 대한 예정온도수준과 비교함으로써 용접과정이 이러한 시간간격에서 비정상적으로 진행되고 있는가의 여부를 판정하는 온도센서 수단(42)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 발전수단(45)이 교류를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 발전수단(45)에 의하여 발생하는 교류의 주파수가 용접과정중 교류에 의하여 발생하는 자장에 의하여 피팅(10)을 진동시킬 수 있는 수준인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피팅에 그 전기저항 발열체(28)를 통하여 흐르는 교류에 의하여 발생하는 자장을 집중시킴으로써 교류에 의하여 생기는 피팅의 진동을 증가시키는 수단(2)이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 자장을 집중시키는 수단이 피팅을 형성하는 열가소성 재료내에 보류된 코일 영역의 투자율(透磁率)을 증대시키는 쇠가루들인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제13항중 한항에 있어서, 발열체를 과도하게 가열함이 없이 발열체의 저항(28)을 측정하기 위한 저전압 전력을 발생시키는 제2 발전수단(47)과 제2 발전수단(47)에 전기적으로 연결된 발열체의 저항의 크기를 감지하는 저항센서수단(57)이 더 포함되어 있고, 저항센서수단(57)이 컴퓨터(50)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
