염화비닐수지 10중량부에 무독성인 디부틸프달레이트나 디옥틸아디페이트등 P.V.B가 소재를 단독 또는 혼합하여 8-14중량부 충진재로 탄산칼슘등 무기질충진제 5-20중량부를 부분적으로 또는 전량을 혼합하여 적정 온도로 가열 반응시켜 염화비닐수지의 입자표면을 상온 점착화 시킴으로서 적절한 가소성을 얻어 전체적으로 가소화된 염화비닐수지 조형제.PVB, such as non-toxic dibutylphdalate or dioctyl adipate, is mixed with 10 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin alone or mixed, and 8-20 parts by weight of the filler is mixed 5-20 parts by weight of an inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate.
