본 고안은 제품포장용 박스에 있어, 특히 전자렌지의 그라스 트레이(Glass Tray) 포장박스에 관한 것으로, 일정 간격으로 접지선이 형성된 골판지 본체의 사방으로 절취홈이 형성되어 서로 연결된 양측에 날개편을 형성하여 각각의 접지선으로 접지시켜 본체 박스의 양측에 보강대가 일체로 성형되게 한 것이다.
종래의 그라스 트레이 포장박스에 있어서는 제 2(a) 도, 제 2(b)도, 제 2(c)도 에서와 같이 접지선이 형성된 골판지본체의 접지선을 따라 각각 접지하고 각각의 모서리를 스테이플핀으로 고정되게 하여 박스를 형성한 후에, 박스내에 그라스 트레이를 넣고 보호용 완충제를 넣어 그라스 트레이를 보호하며, 본체 제품의 상면에 올려놓고 양측으로 별도의 보강대를 끼워 넣어 그라스 트레이를 보호 하였던 것으로, 이것은 제품포장 작업공정이 복잡하게 되어 생산성이 저하되고, 별도의 부품이 필요하게 되는 것이므로, 원가 상승의 요인이 되었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위하여, 접지선이 형성되는 골판지 본체의 사방으로 절취홈을 형성하여 날개편이 형성되도록 하고, 각각의 접지선을 접지하여 본체 박스의 양측으로 보강대가 일체로 성형되도록 하므로써, 별도의 지지부품이 필요없이 원가를 절감하고, 작업공정을 간단히 하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수가 있는 것이다.
이를 첨부도면에 의해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
골판지 본체(1)에 일정 간격의 접지선(2)(2')을 서로 대향되게 형성하고, 골판지 본체(1)의 사방으로 절취홈(3)을 형성하여 양측에 접지선(4)(4')(4")이 형성된 날개편(5)(5')을 일체로 형성하고, 각각의 접지선(2)(2')(4)(4')(4")을 접지하여 본체박스(6)의 양측으로 보강대(7)(7')가 일체로 형성되게 한것으로, 미설명부호 8,8'는 지지구이고, 10는 테이프, 9는 그라스트라이 이다. 이와 같은 본 고안의 작용효과를 상술하면, 제 1 (a)도와 같은 상태에서 골판지 본체(1)의 중앙부에 그라스 트라이(9)를 올려 놓은 후에, 골판지 본체(1)에 대향되게 형성된 접지선(2)(2')을 따라 순서있게 접지하고, 골판지 본체(1) 양측의 날개편(5)(5')에 형성한 각각의 접지선(4)(4')(4")을 접지하게 되면, 제 1(b)도와 같이 본체박스(6)가 형성되고 양측으로 보강대(7)(7')가 일체로 형성되는 것이고, 각각의 연결 부분은 테이프(10)로 접착시키게되면 그라스 트라이(9)의 포장이 끝나게 되는 것이다.
이때 본체박스(6)내부의 그라스트레이(9)는 본체박스(6) 양측의 보강대(7)(7')이 긴밀히 접촉되어 있어 별도의 완충제 등이 필요없이 그라스 트라이(9)는 움직임이 없이 견고하게 고정이 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 상태에서 도면 제 1 (c)도와 같이 본체 박스(6)를 제품의 상면에 올려놓고 제품박스를 포장하게 되면, 별도의 보강대가 필요없이 본체박스(6)와 일체로 성형된 보강대(7)(7')에 의해 그라스 트라이(9)가 흔들림이 없이 안전하게 포장되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 본체박스(6)와 보강대(7)(7')를 일체로 성형하여 그라스 트라이를 견고하게 고정하고, 제품박스내로 포장되게 하므로써, 작업 공정을 간단히 하여 생산성을 향상시키고 별도의 부품이 필요없이 원가를 절감 시킬 수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 골판지를 이용한 그라스 트레이 포장박스에 있어서, 일정간격의 접지선(2)(2')이 서로 대향되게 형성된 골판지 본체(1) 사방을 절취시킨 절취홈(3) 양측에 날개편(5)(5') 사방이 접지선(4)(4')(4")으로 각각 접지되게 형성하여 본체박스(6) 양측으로 보강대(7)(7')가 일체로 성형됨을 특징으로한 제품 포장용 박스.
