Claims (1)
- 겉보리를 도정기로 처리하여 4-5분도로 도정하여 이를 선별, 수세한 다음, 이를 100℃ 정도의 온도로 10분간 증숙한 후 습도 함량 12% 이하로 건조시킨 다음, 이를 회전 밀페 가압 가열로에 투입하여 10-12kg/cm2까지 가압 가열하여 제조하는 일련의 공정 결합을 특징으로 하는 겉보리를 주제로 한 보리 숭늉차의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
