본 고안은 쇼핑백 등으로 사용되는 합성수지제 포대의 보강손잡이에 관한 것으로, 특히 포대의 개구부 양측면에 손잡이용 장공을 천설하여서 된 합성수지 포대에 있어서, 손잡이 부위의 내면에 적당한 크기로 재단된 합성수지 보강편을 이중으로 대고 여러줄의 열용착대를 형성해서 일체로 부착시킴으로써, 포대의 손잡이를 보강시킨 합성수지제 포대의 보강손잡이에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a reinforcing handle of a synthetic resin bag used as a shopping bag, and more particularly, in a synthetic resin bag prepared by laying a handle hole on both sides of the opening of the bag, the synthetic resin reinforcing piece cut to a suitable size on the inner surface of the handle part. 종래에는 포대에 손잡이용 끈을 끼우고 그 끈의 단부에 매듭을 지워 손잡이를 만들거나 또는 별도의 플라스틱제 타원형 손잡이를 사출 성형하여 이를 포대의 손잡이구멍 주연부 내외면에 대고 열용착시켰으나, 끈으로 엮은 손잡이는 끈의 매듭이 쉽게 풀어지거나, 또는 포대의 끈을 끼운 구멍부위가 늘어나 끈이 빠지게 되어 손잡이의 역활을 제대로 할 수 없는 결함이 있었고, 별도로 성형한 플라스틱제 손잡이를 포대의 손잡이공 주연에 열용착한 것은 손잡이가 너무 딱딱하여 무거운 물건을 넣어들면 손잡이가 손에 배기게되고, 포대와 손잡이의 열용착시킨 접착부위가 쉽게 떨어지며, 또한 별도의 손잡이를 사출시켜 형성하고, 이를 다시 포대의 소정부위에 열용착해야 되는 번거로운 작업이 필요하게 되어 생산성이 떨어지고, 포대제조의 자동화가 불가능하여 원가상승의 요인이 되는 결함이 있었다.Conventionally, the handle strap is placed on the bag and the end of the strap is knotted to make a handle, or a separate plastic oval handle is injection molded and heat-welded to the inner and outer peripheral edges of the bag's handle hole.
