본 고안은 밀폐형 모우터구동 콤프레샤용 시동릴레이 단자함 장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 장치는 이미 어느때나 주요 전선으로부터 유도된 공급전선을 연결하고 분리하여야 하는 조작자에 편리하고 이들의 정면에 놓일 수 있도록 전선의 단자를 예비고정하기 위하여 모우터구동 콤프레샤용기의 외부에 설치되는 정온계수 저항시동릴레이(PTCR)와 단자함으로 구성된 소형 복합구조체의 제조목적을 위하여 개방되어 왔다.
본 고안의 목적은 크기를 최소한으로 줄였음에도 불구하고 종래 기술의 기능특성과 잇점이 그대로 보존되는 상기 종류의 장치를 제공하는데 있다.
PTCR-단자함장치의 크기를 축소하는 것은 모우터구동 콤프레샤를 냉각기 기체의 후측하부에 고정시 점유되는 공간을 줄이는 잇점과 이에 따라서 내부공간을 증가시키는 이중의 잇점을 가짐과 아울러 최소의 크기와 구조적 단순함으로 장치제조의 경비를 절감하는 잇점을 갖는다.
본 고안은 상기 시동릴레이-단자함장치가 모우터구동 콤프레샤의 용기의 외부에 고정된 기부면, 상기 기부면의 일부를 덮어 정온계수저항(PTCR)로 구성된 시동릴레이가 그 내부에 장설되는 제한된 높이의 공간부를 형성하는 고정커어버와, 상기 기부면의 나머지 부분을 덮어 역시 높이가 제한되고 내부에 단자함이 수용되는 공간부를 형성하는 분리가능한 커어버로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도예시, 부호(10)는 냉각기 기체를 보인 것으로 그 후측하부에 귀빅(12)이 형성되어 있고 그 기부에는 모우터구동 콤프레샤의 용기(14)가 장설되어 있다.
콤프레샤의 하측부에 본 고안의 시동릴레이-단자함장치가 고정된다.
상기 장치에는 주요전선과 모우터구동 콤프레샤의 전기적인 부분을 연결하는 콘덕터로부터의 전선(18)이 고정된다.
커어버(20)(제3도)가 장치(16)를 밀페하며 스크류(22)에 의하여 고정된다.
제2도 및 제3도에서, 시동릴레이-단자함장치는 수직벽(28)에 의하여 상기 기부면(24)과 연결된 상부평행면(26)으로 일측이 폐쇄된 장단형의 기부면(24)를 갖는다. 면(24)(22)(28)으로 구성된 PTCR 함부분의 높이는 매우 제한되며, 상기 부분은 콘덕터판(32)(34)사이에 근접된 PTCR 스터트(stud)(30)를 수용한다.
기부면(24)과 커어버(20)로서 단자함을 형성하는 장치(16)의 일부를 구성하므로 PTOR 함의 면(26)에 수직인 벽(36)이 장치(16)내에 구비된다.
커어버(20)는 각 형상으로서 그 수직인속된 면(21)(23)으로 단자함을 전면과 측면에서 각각 폐쇄된다.
커어버(20)의 측벽(23)은 벽(36)(26)(28)과 함께 단일동체를 형성하며 벽(38)의 단자부분에 연결된다.
일면의 고정 연결자(festonconnector)(40)가 냉각기기에(10)의 후면에서 작업하는 조작자를 위하여 접근하기가 용이하도록 벽부면(24)에 착설된다.
전선을 교체시에는 스크류(22)를 풀어내고 커어버(20)를 벗긴 다음 전선을 연결하면 된다.

  1. 냉각기에 사용되는 밀폐형 모우터구동 콤프레샤의 시동릴레이-단자함장치에 있어서, 모우터구동 콤프레샤의 벽에 고정된 기부면, 전술한 기부면의 일부를 덮어 정온계수저항(PTCR)으로 구성된 시동릴레이가 수용되는 제한된 높이의 공간을 형성시키는 고정 커어버와, 전술한 기저부의 나머지 부분을 덮으며 단자함이 수용되는 역시 제한된 높이의 공간을 형성시키는 분리가능의 커어버로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형모우터구동 콤프레샤의 시동릴레이-단자함장치.
