본 고안은 양초 내에 매설한 초심지와 근접되게 광섬유사를 매설하여 촛불을 켜게 되면 광섬유가 촛불의 빛을 받게 됨과 동시에 멜로디를 발성할 수 있도록 구성한 광전도소자를 이용한 멜로디초에 관한 것으로 생일이나 결혼 등의 사용시기와 장소에 따라 알맞은 멜로디가 발성되도록 하므로서 주위의 분위기를 조성할 수 있도록 함에 주안점을 둔 것이다.The present invention relates to a melody candle using a photoconductive element that is constructed so that the optical fiber receives the light of the candle and emits a melody when the candle is turned on when the candle is lit by placing the optical fiber close to the burying place embedded in the candle. 초심지(2)를 매설시킨 공지의 양초(1) 하방 내부에 통기구멍(1a)과 연통하는 함설(3)을 매설하되 함실(3)내에는 멜로디음을 기억시킨 집적회로(IC)를 내장하여 단자점 “A”와 “B”간에 건전지(DC)를 연결하여 “-”극은 스피커(SP)를 통하여 베이스측을 단자점 “C”에 연결한 트랜지스터(Tr)의 콜렉터측에 연결하여 “+”극은 트랜지스터(Tr)의 에미터 측과 저항(R)을 통하여 단자점 “D”에 연결하였으며 단자점 “A”와 “D”간에는 빛의 감지상태에 따라 내부 저항이 변하는 포토 다이오드 (PD)를 연결하여 접설시킨 광섬유(4)를 심지(2)와 근점되게 매설하여서 된 것이다.In the lower part of the well-known candle 1 in which the wick 2 is embedded, a fuse 3 is connected to the vent hole 1a, and an integrated circuit IC is stored in the compartment 3 to store the melody sound. 이와 같은 본 고안은 멜로디 집적회로(IC)의 “A”단자에 “+”전원을 “B”단자에는 “-”전원을 각각 공급하고 “D”단자에 전원(DC)전압의 1/2을 기준 전압으로 하여 기준 전압보다 높은 전압이 인가되면 집적회로(IC)의 내부 동작에 의하여 “C”단자로 멜로디 출력이 유기되고 기준 전압보다 낮은 전압이 유기되면 “C”단자로 멜로디 출력이 유기되지 않도록 제작한 것으로서 “C”단자에 멜로디 출력이 나오면 트랜지스터(Tr)의 베이스에 바이어스를 공급하여 집적회로(IC)에 내장된 멜로디(SP)가 스피커를 통하여 발성하게 되는 것이며 “D”단자에 기준 전압보다 높은 전압과 기준전압 보다 낮은 전압을 결정하는 방식은 빛에따라 내부 저항이 변하는 광전도 소자인 포토 다이오드(PD)(포토 트랜지스터, CPS를 대체할 수 있음)와 “D”단자에 연결된 저항의 저항치 수비에 의하여 분압된 전압이 공급하게 되는 상태에 따라서 이루어지는 데 이때 포토 다이오드(PD)가 빛을 받게 되어 저항이 감소되면 “D”단자에는 전압이 높아지게 되어 멜로디가 발성되고 빛을 받지 않으면 인가되는 전압이 낮아지므로 멜로디가 중지되는 것이다.The present invention provides a "+" power supply to the "A" terminal of the melody integrated circuit (IC), a "-" power supply to the "B" terminal, and a half of the power (DC) voltage to the "D" terminal.
