제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고정자를 갖으며, 양측의 베어링 브라켓이 플라스틱 자석속에 삽입 고정되는 모우터의 종단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 제 2실시예에 따른 고정자를 갖으며, 플라스틱 자석과 함께 사출 성형된 요크속에 양측의 베어링 브라켓이 삽입 고정되는 모우터의 종단면도.
제3도는 제 1도에 도시된 모우터의 고정자를 지나는 종단면도.
도면에 사용된 주요번호의 설명
1:몸통, 2:보상용포일(foil), 3:베어링박스, 4,4':베어링, 6:멈춤쇠, 27,28:베어링브라켓, 29:고정자, 40:요크(yoke), 4:프라스틱자석, 42:회전자, 44:축, 45:요홈, 47:경사부.

Claims (7)

  1. 관형 또는 컵형요크 (40)를 지니며, 그 요크(40)의 내측에 사출성형 또는 압착된 환형 또는 고리분절의 플라스틱 자석 (41)을 가진 분수마력 직류모우터용 고정자(29)에 있어서, 플라스틱 자석(41)이 적어도 한 끝면의 근방에서 내부 주위를 따라 일정하게 형성되어 베어링 브라켓 (27,28)이 그안으로 끼워질수 있도록 된 요흠(45)을 지닌것을 특징으로 한 소마력 직류모우터용 고정자.
  2. 관형 또는 컵형의 요크 (40)를 지니며, 요크(40)의 내측에 사출성형된 환형 또는 고리분절의 플라스특자석 (41)을 가진 분수마력 직류모우터용 고정자에 잇어서, 요크 (40)가 사출성형 과정에서 플라스틱자석 (41)과 조합으로 철충진 플라스틱으로부터 만들어지고, 또한 요크 (40)가 내부 주위에 일정하게 형성되어 베어링 브라켓 (27,28) 이 끼워질 수 잇는 요흠 (45')을 지닌 적어도 한끝면을 갖도록 플라스틱 자석넘어로 돌출한 것을 특징으로 하는 소마력 직류모우터용 고정자.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 3요흠 (45,45')이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한 소마력 직류모우터영 고정자.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 요흠 (45,45')들이 대략 60°에 걸쳐 연장한 것을 특징으로 한 소마력 직류모유터용 고정자.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 요홈들의 단면은 사다리꼴인 것을 특징으로 한 소마력 직류모우터용 고정자.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 끝면에서 플라스틱자석(41)이 전주위에 형성된 또는 분절된 경사부(47)을 가져서 베어링브라켓 (27,28)의 결합이 용이하게 도는 것을 특징으로 하는 소말겨 직류모우터용 고정자.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 그 끝면상에서 요크 (40)가 전주위에 형성된 또는 분점된 경사부 (47')를 거쳐서 베어링 브라켓 (27.28)의 결합이 용이하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한 소마력 직류모우터용 고정자.
