Claims (2)
- pH 약 5 내지 약 8의 수성액체 매질중, 약 0°내지 약 75℃의 온도에서, 제1환원 초기 전류의 전위부터 제2환원 초기전류의 전위까지의 범위의 전위하에, 전해조의 작동전극(이는 수은, 납 또는 아연으로 실질적으로 구성된다)부위에서 전해질 존재하에, 일반식(II)의 세펨을 전해환원시킴을 특징으로하여, 일반식(I)의 3-H 세펨 항생물질을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 -CH2R1또는 -CHR2R3이고, R1은 티에닐이며, R2는 보호된 아미노이고, R3는 페닐이며, R4는 수소 또는 카복시 보호기이고, R5는 클로로 또는 C1-C3알칸술포닐옥시이다.
