시한스위치
전체회로도.
본발명은 IC를활용한 시한스위치로서 일단 수동으로 스위치를 조작하면 지정된 시간동안 전원이 공급되며, 지정된 시간이 경과하면 자동으로 전원이 차단되는 장치이다.
본 장치의 구성은 저항(R1~R6)과 콘덴서(C1~C3), 다이오드(D), 제너다이오드(Z1,Z2), 릴레이(RL), 트랜지스터(Tr1,Tr2), 단안정멀티IC(IC : 14528), 플러그(PG), 조작용 스위치(RW1,SW2)로 구성된다.
본 장치의 동작은 다음과 같다.
SW1을 누르면 회로가 구성되어 저항R1과 브리지 다이오드BR에 의하여 본 장치의 각 부픔에 필요한 직류전원이 공급된다. 이 직류전원은 저항R3을 통하여 IC에 적합한 전압으로 강하되어 IC에 공급된다. IC에 전원이 공급되면 이 IC는 트리거되어 출력 T는 High,T는 LOW가 되어 지정된 시간동안 유지하게 된다. 출력 T는 저항 R4를 거쳐 Tr1의 베이스에 입력되므로 Tr1이 동작하게 된다. Tr1이 동작하면 이에따라 릴레이 RL이 동작하여 그 접점 RL이 ON되므로 SW1에 손을 떼드라도 전 조직에 지정된 시간동안 전원이 공급되며 따라서 플러그(PG)에 연결된 부하에도 지정된 시간동안 전원이 공급된다. 지 지정된 시간을 변경시킬때는 IC의 단자 T1과 T2간의 콘덴서 C3의 용량을 변경시키면 된다.
지정된 시간이 경과하면 IC의 출력T는 LOW, T는 High로 변환되어, 저항 R5를 거쳐 동작시킨다. 따라서 전해콘덴서 C1및 C2에 충전된 전원이 순간적으로 방전되어 전 조직이 안정상태로 된다.
아직 설명하지 않은 부호 R2는 Tr2를 보호하기 위한 저항이며, R6은 IC의 출력T 및 T의 변환시간을 조정하기 위한 저항이며, D는 릴레이 RL을 보호하기 위한 다이오드, Z1및 Z2는 안정된 전원을 공급하기 위한 제너 다이오드, SW2는 긴급사태시 지정시간전에 전원을 OFF 시키기 위한 스위치이다.
본 발명은 전원을 공급하는 시간을 자동적으로 차단시키는 장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 조작스위치(SW1)을 조작하여 저항(R1)과 브리지회로(BR)로 정류된 전원을 제너다이오드(Z1,Z2)로 안전시켜 릴레이(RL)와 IC에 안정된 전류를 공급하여 저항(R6)과 콘덴서(C3)로 지정된 시간동안 플러그(PG)에 연결된 부하에 전원이 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 시간스위치.
