본 고안은 각종액상식품(간장. 식용유등)을 담아놓는데 사용되는 합성수지제 용기에 관한 것으로 보관이나 운반이 용이하도록 하고 식품이 담긴상태에서 용기가 넘어지더라도 식품이 밖으로 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
특히 용기의 높이가 낮아지도록 할 수 있으므로 보관하는데 용이하도록 한 것이다.
종래에도 여러가지 모양의 합성수지제 식품용기가 많이 개발되였으나 거의 외모만을 변형시켜 왔을 뿐 실용적으로 사용할 수는 없었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 첨부도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다. 하부에는 밑면(1)이 형성되고 목부분상단에 유출구(3)를 가진 뚜껑(2)을 복착한 통상의 용기(a)에 있어서, 측면 하부의 중앙과 전후면에 경사면( 4)(5)(5')을 단면이모양으로 형성하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상적으로 용기(a)를 사용할 때는 하부의 밑면(1)이 지면에 닿도록 제1도와 같이 세워둠으로서 보통용기와 같이 세워진상태로 사용하게 되며 용기(a)를 진열장등에 보관할 때는 측면 중앙부에 형성된 경사면(4)이 지면에 닿도록 눕혀놓으면 용기(a)의 목부분이 약 45도정도 기울기 때문에 용기의 높이가 약정도로 낮아지게 됨으로(제2도 참조) 진열장등의 천정높이가 낮을 때 이와 같은 상태로 사용할 수가 있으며 기타운반이나 보관시에 높이를 낮추기가 용이한 것이다.
또한 내용물의 하중이 용기의 경사면(4)(5)(5')쪽으로 가해지기 때문에 뚜껑이 열린상태에서 넘어지더라도 경사면(4)와 (5)(5')가 지면과 접촉됨으로 완전히 넘어지지 않기 때문에 내용물의 유출을 막을 수가 있는 것이다.
