제1도는 실관을 조립하여 만든 미생물 배양반응기, 제2도는 본 발명의 연속 배양 장치의 실시개략도, 제3도는 공지의 키모스타트의 실시 개략도.
-도면의 주요 부분에 관한 부호의 설명-
(1):실관, (3): 배양반응기, (4),(5): 포트, (6): 배양액 주입구,(7): 배양액 출구, (10); 한외여과액 교반기, (14): 한외 여과용 펌프, (15): 한외 여과용 펌프.

Claims (5)

  1. 한외여과용 펌프(4)의 압력이 펌프 (15)보다 큰 압력으로 멸균배양물을 생물 배양반응기(3)의 입구를 거쳐 반응기 내부실관(4)으로 보내고 이 실관막(1)을 통해 나온 배양물이 포트(4)로 주입된 미생물이 혼재하지 않는 미생물 배양생성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펌프(14)와 (15)의 압력차에 의한 한외여과유량이 펌프(14)유량의 1:0.5~0.6인것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응기(3)내부에 미생물이 혼재된 배양생성물을 포트(5)를 통해 한외여과교반장치(8)로 회수함을 특징으로 하여 주입배양물로 재 사용하는 방법.
  4. 한외여과성 막으로 된 실관(1)다발이 내장되고 입출구(6),(7)이 부착된 미생물 배양반응기(3), 한외여과용 펌프(14),(15), 한외여과액 교반장치(8),(9),(10),로 구성된 미생물 연속 배양장치.
