Description

공조기의 압축기 방음재
제1도는 본 고안의 일부 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 접착사용상태를 나타낸 일부 단면도.
제3도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타낸 일부 평면도.
본 고안은 공기 조화기에 착설사용되는 압축기의 수장함 내주벽면에 부착 사용하여 주므로서 압축기로부터 발산되는 소음을 난반사시키거나 흡수소멸시켜 주도록한 방음재에 관한 것이다.
종래의 공조기에 착설 사용되는 압축기는 단순히 철판으로 된 함실내에 수장 사용토록 되어있어 압축기가 가동되면 압축기의 진동음이나 자체 발생음이 철판 함실 밖으로 직접전달 되어져 방음의 효과가 전혀없으므로 소음 발생을 차단소멸시킬 수가 없어 공조기의 가동시 요란한 소음으로 사용자들의 청각을 자극하므로 쉽게 피로를 느끼는 등의 문제점이 야기되었던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와같은 문제점을 시정하고자 제안된 것으로서 난반사 효과가 우수한 방음판의 평활면예 흡수력이 우수한 방음판을 접착 가공하여 된 방음재를 소음발생 원주벽에 밀봉접착 가공시켜 주어 방음의 효과를 얻고자 함에 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 고안의 내용을 첨부된 예시도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉 방음재(a)를 형성함에 있어서 표면에 요임부(2)와 돌기부(2')가 적당히 배열된 폴리우레탄 폼제로된 1차 방음판(1)의 이면에 고무재로 되는 2차 방음판(3)을 접착가공시켜주어 되는 공조기의 압축기 방음재인 것이다.
미설명부호 4는 압축기 5는 압축기수장함체를 각각 표시한다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 도면 제3도에서와 같이 공조기의 압축기(4)가 수장된 수장함체(5)의 내벽면에 본 고안의 내벽면에 본 고안의 방음재(a)를 부착시키면 함체(5)와 접착되는 2차 방음판(3)과 그표면에 접착되는 1차방음판(1)이 상호 일체성을 이루고 있으므로 압축기(4)로 부터 발생되는 소음이 도면 제2도에서와 같이 1차방음판(1)의 요입부(2)와 돌기부(2')에 의해 소음의 일부가 난반사되어 소멸되거나 흡수통과되는 동안 소음도를 저하시켜주면 2차 방음판(3)에서 통과되는 소음을 재차소멸시켜 주므로서 방음의 효과가 우수하게 되는 것이다. 이와같은 본 고안은 간단한 구조의 방음재(a)를 부착사용 하므로서 압축기(4)로 부터 발생되는 소음을 소멸 방음시켜 주어 공조기를 사용할때 사용자들의 청각을 자극하므로서 발생되는 피로감을 줄일 수가 있는 경제적이고 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. 방음재(a)를 형성함에 있어서, 표면에 요입부(2)와 돌기부(2')가 적당히 배열된 폴리우레탄 폼제로된 1차 방음판(1)의 이면에 고무재로 되는 2차 방음판(3)을 접착 가공시켜 주어되는 공조기의 압축기 방음재.
