Claims (8)
- 포장과정중 장치에 비하여 위치가 고정된 적재물 등을 둘러싸는 포장장치에서 공급되는 밴드로 한번 또는 여러번 포장하는 장치로서, 포장장치(3)에는 수평부분(21)과 아래쪽으로 네모지게 깎인 수직부분(22)이 달린 포장암(21,22)이 제공되어 있고, 수평부분이 수직축(16)에 고정되어 있으며, 포장암(21,22)에 밴드안내수단이 제공되어 있고, 포장암의 수평부분(22)은 밴드운반릴(19)과 결합되어 있으며, 포장암의 높이를 조절할 수 있고, 밴드를 결합 및 분리시키는 높이를 조절할 수 있는 밴드결합장치(4)가 제공되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드운반릴(19)이 회전축(16) 위쪽에 배치되어 있고, 회전축(16)이 밴드안내수단이 달린 중공축으로 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드운반릴(19)이 포장암의 수직부분(21)에 대향하는 포장암의 수평부분(22)의 끝에 배치되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 한항에 있어서, 포장장치(3)와 밴드결합장치(4)에 각각 별개의 인상장치(5,6)가 제공되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인상장치들을 동기적으로 협동할 수 있도록 결합시킬 수 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 포장장치(3)의 인상장치(5)이 속도제어수단이 제공되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인상장치가 대(1)의 수직레일(7) 위에서 활동(滑動)하고, 체인열(8-13)에 걸려 있는 활대(5,6)로 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 한항에 있어서, 포장암(21)의 수직부분(22)의 길이를 미세하게 조절할 수 있는 것이 특징인 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
