Claims (7)

  1. 기대상에 기판을 지지하여 기판을 직선이동시키는 반송기구와 그 기판의 이동방향과 직교하는 방향에 기판 상방으로 이동가능케 설치된 척기구를 포함한 부품 부착장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기판의 이동방향에 직교하며, 기판 윗쪽으로 뻗는 가이드봉이 기대에 설치되어, 척기구가 그 가이드봉에 안내되어 이동하는 부품 부착장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가이드봉이 기판의 이동방향으로 직선 이동가능한 이동프레임에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품 부착장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반송기구가 서어보 모우터와 그 서어보 모우터에 연결된 보올스크류 장치를 포함하는 부품 부착장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 척기구를 이동시키는 장치가 서어보 모우터와 그 서어보 모우터에 연결된 보올스크류 장치를 포함한 부품 부착장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 이동프레임을 이동시키는 장치가 유체압 실린더 장치를 포함하는 부품 부착장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 척기구가 부품 부착위치와 부품을 받는 위치와의 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 있는 부품 부착장치.
