Claims (1)

  1. 알려진 방법으로 생강물에 설탕 및 계피와 곶감을 넣어 수정과를 먼저 제조한 후 약 6-7시간후에 곶감을 건져내어 미리 준비된 점도높은 설탕물에 넣고 약 24시간 정도 경과후에 꺼내어 곶감 외연에 설탕액 피막층이 형성되게 한 상태로 약 10℃ 이내의 냉동건조실에서 약 40시간 정도 건조시켜 설탕피막층을 갖는 곶감을 얻게 한 후 이를 미리 제조된 수정과에 다시 넣어서 풀어지지 않고 장시간 보전할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 한 풀어지지 않는 수정과용 곶감 제조방법.
