Claims (2)

  1. 유기고분자 재료계 수지인 포리오레핀(POLYOLEFINE) 포리에틸렌(POLY-ETHYLENE), 이피티 포리마(E.P.T POLYMER), 등을 주원료로한, 혼합제(제품용도에 따라 주원료혼합함) 원재료 및 단독원재료에서 얻어진 성형관 ◎형(PIPE)형을 압출성형하고 이를 가교, (유기과 산화물에 의한 가교 및 전자선가교방법등)시킨다음, 성형관 내부에 환봉을 끼워(제2도) 상하로울(1.4)사이에, 성형관을 끼워서 상하로울(1.4) 사이에, 100℃ 이하온도에서, 강제연신(팽창)식히고 이를다시, 고정틀을 끼워, 120℃-160℃ 사이온도 열턴넬을 통과시킨 후 냉각시키는 열수축튜브의 제조방법.
  2. 유기고분자 재료에서 얻어진 성형관을 환봉에 끼워(제2도) 상하로울(제3도)사이에 끼운다음, 상하로울(1.4)을 일정한 간격을 유지압을 가하면서 제4도와 같이 상하로울을 서로 반대방향으로 연속구동(구동장치미표시)시킨다. (제4도 가. 나와 같이)그리고 하단로울(4)은, 고정상태에서 상단로울(1)과 서로 반대방향으로, 회전(제3도와 같이)만하고, (구동장치미표시)상단로울(1)은 상하작동(구동장치미표시)이 되며, 하단로울(4)과 같이 서로 반대방향으로 회전된다. 그리고, 본 장치 한 대로써 성형관 두께에 관계없이 중형열수축튜브를 육안으로 보면서 강제연신(팽창)할수 있는 열수축튜브의 제조장치.
