Claims (2)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와같이 생조계(活二校見)를 물, 용액, 가스, 전기, 스팀, 고주파, 적외선, 레이저 등에서 선택되는 열원으로 조개를 60℃ 이상에서 1-30초간 가열하여 순간삼패함을 특징으로 한 조개에 냉동후 자숙시간조개와 같이 개각(開殼)을 위한 증삼방법.
