Claims (1)

  1. 권취드럼(1)로부터 납작하게 접혀진 상태의 원하는 길이의 원통형 직포가 안내롤러(2)에 의해 2쌍의 소형롤로(4), 반원형안내홈(5a)를 갖는 두개의 닙롤러(5) 및 현수간(6)으로 구성된 형유지기(3)에 공급되면 원통형 직포내에 2쌍의 소형롤러(4)가 삽입되어 접힌 직포를 펼쳐준 다음 반원형안내홈(5a)를 갖는 닙롤러 (5)와 현수간(6)에 의해 주름이 펴진 직포는 내부로 통과되는 만드릴(9)에 의해 원통형상을 유지하면서 외부의 제 1지지봉(10)에 의해 수지액통(11)내로 유도되어 수지가 직포내로 침투된 다음 수지액통(11)하부의 심봉(12)의 관통공(13)을 통과하면서 수지층의 두께가 결정됨과 동시에 평활면이 형성되고, 심봉(12)하부의 연결봉(14)를 통과하면서 외부둘레에 형성된 히이터(15)에 의해 피복된 수지층의 열처리된 후, 냉각노즐(16)에서 분사되는 냉각수에 의해 급냉된 다음 외부의 제 2지지봉(17)과 연결봉(14) 하단에 연결된 원추형드럼(18)에 의해 냉각통(19)로 투입되어 고착화하는 관개용수의 송배수용 호스의 제조방법.
