제1도는 본 발명을 구체화한 제조하는 집합체 라인의 개략적인 측입면도. 제2a도, 2b도 및 2c도는 제1도의 집합체라인의 여러 감지수단이 제1 및 제2 컷시트의 노치와 접촉하는 측입면도. 제3도는 절단된 열전달소자 시트가 제1도의 집합체 라인의 전단기를 지나가는 상태의 평면도.
도면의 주요부호에 대한 설명
10:열전달소자시트, 11,15:리딩에지(leading edge), 13,17:트레일링에지(trailing edge), 26:전단기, 30:제동기, 40:감지기집합체, 42:감지소자, 50:소자바스켓.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전재생식 열교환기의 소자바스켓 내부에 연속으로 집합시키기 위하여 집합체 라인을 따라 배치된 전단기 아래를 통과하는 연속성시트재로부터 열전달소자 시트의 절단을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 1) 열전달 소자재료의 시트원에서 열전달소자재료의 시트를 끌어당기는 단계와, 2) 열전달소자재료의 시트에서 길이를 따라 동일한 간격을 유지시키면서 외측으로 연장하는 다수의 노치를 형성하는 단계와, 3) 상기 노치된 시트를 횡단하여 배치된 제1라인을 따라 제1시트의 리딩에지로 절단하는 단계와, 4)전단기의 상단측에서 노치된 시트의 제1노치의 위치를 감지하고 이 위치로부터 제1 부시트의 리딩에지로 절단된 라인까지의 거리를 결정하는 단계와, 5) 노치된 시트를 요구길이로 진행시키고 상기 제 1라인과 평행하게 간격을 유지한 제2라인을 따라 제 1 부시트의 트레일링에지로 절단하며 여기서 제1부시트는 소자바스켓 내부에 끼워지도록 절단되는 단계와, 6)전단기의 상단측에서 노치된 시트의 제2 노치의 위치를 감지하고 이 위치에서 제 1부시트의 트레일링에지로 절단된 라인까지의 거리를 결정하는 단계와, 7)단계(4)에서 감지된 상기 노치된 시트의 제 1노치위치와 단계(6)에서 감지된 상기 노치된 시트의 제 2 노치위치간의 거리상의 차이를 계산하는 단계와, 8)단계(7)에서 계산된 거리상의 차이와 소정의 최소공차를 비교하는 단계와, 9) 만약 단계(7)에서 계산된 거리상의 차이가 상기 소정의 최소공차와 최소한 동일하다면, 단계(11)까지 직접 진행하는 단계와 10) 단계(7)에서 계산된 거리상의 차이가 상기 소정의 최소공차보다 적다면, 소정의 최소공차와 대략 동일한 양만큼 노치된 시트를 진행시켜 단계(11)까지 이르기전에 노치된 시트를 횡단하여 배치된 제3라인을 따라 리딩에지를 절단하는 단계와, 11) 소자바스켓이 교대로 병렬한 부시트로 완전히 채워질때까지 단계(4)내지 단계(10)을 연속으로 반복하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
