동물기시부(animal origin, 起始部)의 수용액을 출발물질로 하여 신경세포의 감염치료용으로서 근육내의 안정성과 조성물의 안정도를 유지하도록 정제와 분리를 시킨 그 수용액을 적당한 조건하에 단백질 분해(proteolysis) 처리를 하여, 그 지방성분을 원심법(centrifugation) 또는 추출에 의해 그 수용성 추출액에서 제거시키고, 그 다음 그 PH와 온도를 알맞게 조절하고 생성된 침전물을 여과 또는 원심법으로 제거시키며, 그 다음 분해효소를 정확한 정량으로 생성시켜 요구하는 분해도가 얻어질때까지 분해처리를 유지시킨다음 그 건조잔유물을 설정치로 조절시키고 불용성 잔유물을 원심법 또는 여과에 의해 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 동물기시부의 펩티드와 아미노산 용액을 효소처리에 의해 얻는 방법.Proteolysis of the aqueous solution, which was purified and separated to maintain the stability of the muscle and the stability of the composition, for the treatment of infection of nerve cells by using the aqueous solution of animal origin (起始 部) as a starting material.
