Claims (10)

  1. 하기 (a) 및 (b)로 구성된 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체:
    (a) 보강 필라멘트, (b) 하기(i)-(iii)으로 구성된 열경화성 에폭시 수지조성물:
    (i) 에폭시프리폴리머나 또는 분자당 에폭사이드기를 하나 이상 함유하는 프리폴리머의 혼합물, (ii) 경화를 촉진시키기에 유효한 양의 아민관능성 경화제 및 (iii) 복합체의 점착성을 조절해 주기에 적어도 충분한 양이나 복합체중 수지밀도에 나쁜 영향을 미치는 레벨이하로 성분(b)의 유동성을 감소시킬 정도로 과량이 아닌 양의 상기 (b)(i) 및 (ii)와 혼합합금되는 연-경화성 수분 저항성 개질 수지성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)(iii)가 성분(b)(i)와 (b)(ii) 총량 100중량 100중량부당 약 1.5-15중량부로 구성되는 섬유 수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)(iii)의 유리전이온도가 적어도 약 180℃인 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경화된 성분들(a),(b)(i),(b)(ii) 및 (b)(iii)의 습윤 유리 전이온도가 경화된 성분들(a),(b)(i) 및 (b)(ii)의 습윤 유리 전이온도의 적어도 약 90% 범위에 있는 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 유동성이 약 12-14% 이하인 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유동성이 약 5.5-7.7%인 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)와 (b)의 물리적 배열이 테이프를 형성하는 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)와 (b)의 물리적 배열이 로우빙을 형성하는 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)와 (b)의 물리적 배열이 직물을 형성하는 섬유수지 매트릭스 복합체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 열 및 수분 저항성 수지 개질체 성분(b)(iii)이 폴리이미드 수지로 구성되는 섬유 수지 매트릭스 복합체.
