Claims (2)
- 수육류(돼지고기, 쇠고기)의 부위 관계없이 만육시켜서 성형한(mold)에 넣어 순간 일부 가열 성형된 고기적을 빵가루를 묻혀 냉동 보관후 기름에 튀기는 냉동 식품이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식품첨가물인 인사염류(포리인산나트륨, 메타인사나트륨, 피로인산나트륨)와 질산나트륨을 사용한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
