Claims (2)

  1. 수육류(돼지고기, 쇠고기)의 부위 관계없이 만육시켜서 성형한(mold)에 넣어 순간 일부 가열 성형된 고기적을 빵가루를 묻혀 냉동 보관후 기름에 튀기는 냉동 식품이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식품첨가물인 인사염류(포리인산나트륨, 메타인사나트륨, 피로인산나트륨)와 질산나트륨을 사용한다.
