폴리에스터 시이트 2매 사이에 발열용 동 세선을 균일한 간력으로 배열한 후 완전 합치(LAMINAT)한 면형 발열체를 제조함에 있어서 폴리에스터 시이드를 열과 압력으로 압착하는 간격(Gap)에 동의 세선을 배열하기 위한 스위퍼를 설치하며 스위퍼의 첨단(尖端)에는 노즐형의 세공에서 동선을 공급도록 되어 있고 스위프 동작으로 동선의 배열을 한 다음 스텝핑 동작으로 압착롤라나 압착봉이 작동을 하는데 일련의 동작이 전기 조작함에 의하여 동기 된 상태이며 이 동기의 조작 지령은 운동계인 스위프 모터나 스텝핑 코터에 장치된 펄스발생장치에서 발생한 신호를 검출하여 작동의 기준으로 삼는 면형 발열체의 제조장치.Arrange the copper thin wires in the gap (Gap) between the polyester sheet by heat and pressure in manufacturing a planar heating element that is completely matched (LAMINAT) after arranging the copper thin wires for heating between two polyester sheets with uniform force.
