Claims (14)

  1. 안료와 결합재로 계산하여 최소한 30부피%의양으로된 결합제와 전기 전도성 안료를 토대로한 액체도료 조성물에 있어서, 두 개의 고체 분말 윤활제가 도료 조성물로 계산하여 전체양의 0.05-0.5중량%이고, 이들중 최소한 하나는 무기 윤활제로 된 것을 특징으로하는 액체 도료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 윤활제가 중 금속 디설파이드인 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기윤 활제가 몰리브덴디 설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 윤활제가 조성물의 중량으로 계산해서 0.08-3.1중량% 되는 양이 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 윤활제가 조성물의 중량으로 계산해서 0.1-1.9중량% 되는 양이 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 유기 윤활제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유기 윤활제는 수평균 분자량이 35,000-100,000인 것과 평균 입자크기가 0.1-에서 부터 40㎛의 범위인 폴리테트라플루오로 에텐인것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 윤활제가 조성물의 중량으로 계산해서 0.02-1.9중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 윤활제가 조성물의 중량으로 계산해서 0.1-0.8중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제가 몰리브덴 디설파이드와 폴리테트라플루오로에텐인 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  11. 금속 기질을 도피하는 방법으로서, 조성물이 제1항에서 10항중 어느 하나에 의해서 기질에 적용되고 정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물이 로울러를 써서 도피되거나 분무하여 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 조성물이 100-280℃의 금속 기질 온도에서 정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제11항에서 13항중 어느 한항에 의해서 얻어진 도료 금속기질.
