Claims (2)

  1. 도면에 도시되고 본문에서 설명한 바와같이, 아스팔트와 부직포를 교호로 적층하여 다층막을 제조함에 있어서, 아스팔트 층상에 합성고분자 섬유, 또는 유리섬유를 아스팔트를 바인다로 해서 부직포층을 형성시키되 공기압축에 의한 섬유분사로 자연낙하 이상의 속도로서 섬유를 아스팔트 층상에 충전되게 함을 특징으로 하는 다층막 아스팔트 쉬트의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 아스팔트와 부직포층을 형성시키는 방법으로서 이동되는 이형지나 필림상에 용융아스팔트 분사쳄버(6)로 부터 용융아스팔트가 분사되어 도포되며 도포된 아스팔트 층상에 섬유낙하젬버(7)로 부터 섬유가 낙하하여 부직포 상의 층이 형성되고 그위에 다시 용융아스팔트쳄버(8)로 부터 용융아스팔트가 분사되어 이동되면서 보강재 공급 로울러(9)로 부터 보강재가 아스팔트층상을 덮게 되고 다시 보강재의 표면에 첨버(10), (11), (12)의 순서로 아스팔트, 섬유, 아스팔트를 적층함을 특징으로 하는 일련의 공정.
