Claims (12)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 반응시키고, 필요하다면 수득된 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 환원체를 사용하여 환원시킴을 특징으로하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일 -3-치환된 부탄 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Ar은 할로겐에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이며, R¹은 알킬 또는 페닐기이며, X는 -CH(OH)-또는-CO-기이며, Az는 1-이미다졸일 또는 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일기이며, R²는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자, 저급알킬기 및 임의로 할로겐 치환된 페닐기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이며, Hal은 할로겐원자이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,Ar이 불소, 염소 또는 브롬에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이며, R¹이 메틸 또는 페닐기이며, X가 -CH(CH)-또는-CO-기이며, Az가, 1-이미다졸일 또는 1,2,4-트리아졸일기이며, R²가 1내지 4의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기,5내지 6의 탄소원자를 갖는 시클로알킬기 또는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 부틸기, 또는 염소에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-페닐-부탄-2-온의 제조방법
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-페녹시-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-(2-클로로페닐)-부탄-2-온의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-(3-클로로페닐)-부탄-2-온의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1-이미다졸일)-3-메틸-3-페닐-부탄-2-온의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-페닐-부탄-2-올의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-(3-클로로페닐)-부탄-2-올의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-클로로페녹시)-1-(1-이미다졸일)-3-메틸-3-(4-클로로페닐)-부탄-2-올의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-페녹시-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3,3-디페닐-부탄-2-온의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-페녹시-1-(1,2,3-트리아졸-1-일)-3,3-디페닐-부탄-2-올의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-페닐페녹시)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-3-메틸-3-(4-클로로페닐)-부탄-2-온의 제조방법.
