Claims (9)

  1. 필수아미노산인 L―트레오닌, L―류신, L―이소류신, L―발린, L―메티오닌, L―페닐일라닌, L―트립토판, L―리신 및 L―히스티단과, 반―필수아미노산인 L-씨스테인, 타우린 및 L-티토신과, 기타 아미노산을 46 내지 63중량%의 총 아미노산이 필수아미노산 및 반―필수아미노산인 용액을 얻게하는 비율로 용액내에서 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 저―출생체중의 만기신생아나 어린 유아에게 경구적으로, 장내에 또는 비경구적으로 투여할 아미노산 용액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 아미노산의 20.4 내지 27.7중량%의 측쇄아미노산과, 6.0 내지 8.1중량%의 방향족 아미노산과, 2.0 내지 2.7중량%의 메티오닌과, 1.6 내지 2.2중량%의 씨스테인과, 0.5 내지 0.7중량%의 타우린과 1.9 내지 2.6중량%의 오르니틴으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단당류, 전해질, 광물질, 흔적성원소, 비타민 그리고/또는 지질도 역시 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산용액의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 아미노산의 농도가 2 내지 10g/100ml의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 아미노산의 총 중량을 기준으로, 다음과 같은 중량 백분율의 아미노산을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용액 100ml당의 mg으로 표시한 다음의 성분을 혼합하여 용액을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제6항에 기재한 아미노산의 양을 적당한 전해질, 광물질 및 흔적성원소와 혼합하여 100ml당 다음의 것을 함유하는 용액을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는, 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 20% 농도의 단당류 용액 2용량부를 청구범위 7항의 아미노산 용액 1용량부와 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 30% 농도인 글루코즈 용액 4용량부와, 20% 농도인 지질유제 1용량부와, 청구범위 6항의 아미노산 용액 6용량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산 용액의 제조방법.
