제2도는 혼합기 페색부(choking section)의 개략 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 강제이송기(forced feeder)가 있을 때와 없을 때의 혼합기를 실험한 결과를 표시한 그래프도.

Claims (4)

  1. 케이싱은 내측으로 한쪽끝에서 다른쪽끝까지 일련의 이송부, 혼합부, 폐색부 및 배출부를 갖고 있고 날개 달린 회전자는 상기 혼합부에서 회전가능하게 수용하고 전진 이송날개와 후퇴이송날개를 갖고 있으며 상기 혼합부에서 이송재료위에 작용하는 평균축방향힘은 상기 폐색부를 통과하는 상기 재료를 밀어내는데 부족하고 상기 혼합부를 통과한 상기 재료의 이송이 상기 이송부로부터 상기 재료의 이송률에 달려 있는 연속 혼합기에 있어서, 상기 이송부와 정량 이송기 사이에 제공된 강제 이송기가 상기 이송부의 역류측에 위치하여 일정률로 상기 이송부속으로 강제로 상기 재료를 밀어 채우게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혼합기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 강제 이송기가 상기 이송부의 입구에 연결된 호퍼내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혼합기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 상기 강제이송기가 이송기의 상부끝에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 상기 호퍼에 수직으로 연장된 회전축, 상기 회전축으로부터 외측 방경방향으로 연장된 많은 교반(攪伴)부재 및 상기 회전축의 내측끝 둘레를 나선형으로 이루어진 스크류부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혼합기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서 상기 강제 이송기가 공기 실린더의 피스톤 로드 하부끝에 지지되고 상기호퍼내에 에서 왕복운동이 가능한 원통형 몸체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 혼합기.
