Claims (9)

  1. 부작용없이, 고통을 더하지 않고 종양, 백혈병, 경화증, 당뇨병, 우식증 및 다른 질병을 예방 및 치료하고, 미용분야에서 피부세포의 노화를 저지시킴은 물론 동물이계의 단세포 또는 다세포성의 생체 및 인간에게 일어나는 생물학적 및 병적인 진행을 조절하기 위한 장치로서, 신경섬유에 의해 전달되는 생리적인 신호로부터 유도되거나 이와 비슷한 파형의 전기 및 자기적 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 우식증이나 구강염을 예방 치료하기 위한 장치로서, 하강 곡선이 e-t/τ(τ：파형 형성회로의 시간 상수)로 나타내는 지수함수이고, 상승시간이 1/10-6초 이하 및 하강시간이 2개 인접연속펄스사이의 하강기간의 1/100∼1/3사이에서 변화하는 곡선을 포함한 삼각형의 펄스를 발생하고, 0.1 2,500Hz의 주파수를 가변할 수 있는 펄스. 발생기 G를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펄스의 진폭은 전위차계 R1에 의해 0.1∼15볼트사이를 변화하고, 1∼100μA 사이에서 변화하는 공급전류는 전위차계 R1에 의해 사람이 전기 신호에 반응하는 한계를 초과하지 않도록 조절되고, 지속되는 전기신호는 주 스위치 S2를 개방함으로써 중단되고, 신호의 반전은 스위치 S3로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 생체조직에 접촉되는 전극은 탄화고무, 스테인레스강, 백금, 티나니움 등과 같은 녹이 안쓰는 도체로 만들어지고, 전기 펄스는 전극에 의해 구강에 인가되어 적절한 자극을 가할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 2개를 갖고, 솔의 손잡이와 털에 붙어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 전극중에 하나는 부도체의 손잡이에 부착되고 또는 하나는 도체의 털 또는 강선에 부착된 것을 특징으로하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기전극은 신경통에 적용할 경우 2개의 외부 전극을 뺨에 인가하고, 피부와 접촉되는 저항을 감소시키기 위해 전해질의 연고를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기전극은 탄화고무 또는 강선으로 만들어지고 치열을 압박하기 위한 U자형의 전극으로, 도전성 단부를 가진 하나의 전극은 문제의 치아에 가해지고, 또하나의 전극은 손 또는 인체의 다른 부분에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기전 또는 자기적 펄스의 복합파형은 다음과 같은 조건을 만족한다.
    가) 상승시간이 1나노초인 매우 급한 경사를 갖는 상승에지와 지수함수의 곡선으로 된 하강에지를 갖는다.
    나) 0.01~250KHz의 주파수.
    다) 미리 설정된 갭(gap)내에서 변화하는 주파수.
    라) 가변할 수 있는 신호 및 무신호의 일련의 형태를 가진 펄스.
    마)0.1~150볼트의 첨두전압과 1μA~40mA의 첨두 전류값을 갖는 펄스.
    상기와 같은 펄스가 전극 및 도체를 통하여 생체에 가해지도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 또는 자기적 펄스로 질병을 치료하기 위한 장치.
