Claims (2)
- 양극 원통내에 공동 공진기를 형성하는 복수매의 알루미늄제 배인파, 이들 배인의 어느 것에 착설접속된 마이크로파 도출용 안테나를 가진 마그네트론에 있어서, 상기 안테나의 배인측을 니켈재, 출력측을 구리재로 각각 형성하고, 또한 구리재측의 치수를 깊게, 니켈재의 치수를 짧게 하고, 양재의 접합부를 용접고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안테나의 구성을, 배인측 단부로부터 알루미늄재, 니켈재, 구리재의 순으로 접속하고, 또한 구리재부분의 치수를 길게한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
