Claims (8)

  1. 염기 및 일반식(IV)의 설폰산 클로라이드의 존재하에 일반식(II)의 카르복실산의 알칼리금속염과 일반식(III)의 광학적으로 균일한 화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 광학적으로 균일한 아제리티논의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 R은 벤질, β-(트리메틸-실릴)-저급알킬 또는 β-할로-저급알킬을 나타내고, R1은 쉽게 분해될 수 있는 보호그룹을 나타내며, R2은 탄소원자에 의해 연결된 임의로 산소를 함유하는 저급 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, R3는 탄소원자에 의해 연결된 저급 탄화수소그룹을 나타내며, R2및 R3는 서로 연결되어 환을 형성할 수 있으며, R4는 페닐, 저급 알킬-페닐, 할로페닐, 저급알킬 또는 할로저급알킬을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 벤질을 나타내는 일반식(II)의 카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염을 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 카르복실산의 칼륨염을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 그룹
    나타내는 일반식(III)의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R1이 알킬, 벤질 또는 2,4-디메톡시벤질을 나타내는 일반식(III)의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R4가 p-클로로-페닐을 나타내는 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 트리에틸아민을 염기로 이용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응이 무수 불활성 유기 용매에서, 바람직하게는 무수 메틸렌 클로라이드중에서 수행되는 방법.
