보리와 옥수수를 각기 별도로 물에 적시어 발아가 시작되어 새눈이 나올락 말락할 때 건져서 자연건조한 후 이것을 솥에 볶아 누런색으로 타지 않을 정도로 볶아 세립으로 파쇄하여 보리 30%와 옥수수 70%의 비율로 혼합하여 여과성 있는 공지의 다공질 지대에 넣어 제품으로 하여서 된 옥수수-보리차의 제조방법.Barley and corn are soaked separately in water, and germination starts, when the new eye comes out.
