본 고안은 튀김제조기에 투입되는 피튀김물을 주튀김솥에 투입하기 전에 예비튀김솥에 통과시켜 표면층이 튀겨지게 하고 튀김유 외부로 노출되어 수분을 발산시킨 다음 주튀김솥내에 투입되도록 튀김경로를 형성시켜서 주튀김솥을 통과한 튀김체가 이송갈퀴를 거처 탈유로울러사이로 낙하되게 한 연속튀김 제조기에 관한 것인데, 본 고안의 특징은 길이방향으로 단일행로를 통해 튀김이 가능케한 것을 지양하여 ㄷ자형 튀김행로가 형성되게 하면서 튀김행로의 전환점에서 피튀김체가 일단 튀김이 외부로 노출되어The invention devises a frying path so that the surface layer is fried by passing it through the pre-frying pot before putting it into the frying-fryer and exposed to the outside of the frying oil to dissipate moisture and then into the main-frying pot.
