본 고안은 두루마리로 감긴 포장용지비닐지를 보관하여 필요시에 간단히 인출사용할 수 있도록 한 비닐포장지의 인출기에 관한 것으로, 두루마리로 감긴 비닐지의 감김량에 구애받음 없이 비닐지의 자세를 항상 바르게 유지토록 하여 인출시 비닐지가 흐트러짐이 없이 잘 풀려나올 수 있도록 하고 필요한 길이만큼 인출한 비닐지를 아주손쉽게 절단 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a plastic wrapper for storing a wrapping paper wrapped with a roll so that it can be easily pulled out and used when needed. 종래에는 비닐포장지를 사용함에 있어 길다란 포장지를 권취관에 두루마리 형태로 감아서 적당한 장소에 놓아두고 사용하거나 상자같은 곳에 넣어 사용하게 되는바, 전자는 권취관의 자세가 항상 안정되지 못하여 비닐지를 풀어 쓸때마다 두루마리가 자유롭게 놀게되어 여간 조심하여 다루지 않으면 비닐지가 흐트러져 풀리게됨으로 신경을 많이 써야하는 불편이 있고, 후자는 권취관에 비닐지의 감김량이 많을 때는 비닐지를 풀어 쓸때 상자내에서 두루마리가 덜놀게 되나 상장채로 딸려오는 불편이 있고, 사용함에 따라 비닐지의 감김량이 줄어들 경우에는 비닐지를 사용한만큼 상자내면과 두루마리와의 사이에 공간부가 생겨 상자내에서 두루마리가 자유로이 놀게됨으로 비닐지를 바르게 풀어쓰는데 애로점이 많았다.Conventionally, when using plastic wrapping paper, the long wrapping paper is rolled up in the winding tube and placed in a proper place or used in a box or the like.
