Claims (1)

  1. 출력이 적은 마이크로파 발진기(A) 및 마이크로파의 반사파에 의한 정재파를 직류전압으로 변환하는 반사파수신기(B)로서 이루어진 검출부(1)와, 마이크로파 발진기에 대하여 전력을 공급하는 전력공급회로(14), 반사파수신기의 검출전압을 수분량으로 환산교정하는 전압증폭회로(15) 및 정압증폭회로의 출력전압을 디지탈로 변환하여서 인디케이터(17)에 표시하는 A/D 변환기(16)로서 이루어진 측정장치(12) 와, 마이크로파 발진기 및 반사파수신기와 접속된 도파관(7)과, 도파관의 앞쪽끝에 장착된 동일한 축의 프로브(10)(11)를 보유하는 반사형 반구유리 프로브(8)로서 이루어진 피부등의 수분측정장치.
