본고안은 이와같은 종래의 대형 탈고기와는 달리 시료채취용에 적합하도록 기체를 소형화시킴과 동시에 곡립과 함깨 탈락된 껍질이나 줄기를 분쇄하여 곡립과 분리 배제시키도록 함으로서 벼나보리 이외에 수수, 콩, 팥 등 각종곡물의 탈곡용으로 사용될 수 있게한 것인바, 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 기체(1)의 상측부에 탈곡통(2)이 장설되고 그 하측외주면에 망상체(3)가 착설되었으며 탈곡통(2)의 좌우하측에 송풍기(4)와 원동기(M)를 구비한 공지한 것에 있어서, 탈곡통(2)상측부에 통형의 삽입구(5)를 입설하여 삽입구(5)내경부에 고무판과 같은 탄성재질로서 선단부에 다수의 절결편을 형성한 차폐판(6)을 장설하고, 탈곡통(2)의 상측부에는 절단날(7')이 형성된 수개의 분쇄봉(7)을 일열로 배열되게 돌설하였으며, 검분배출구(8)에는 조절장치(9)에 의하여 경사각도를 조절하게 된 풍속조절판(10)을 착설하고 기체(1)의 저면부에는 서랍식으로 형성된 곡립수집함(11)을 장설하여서된 것이다.Unlike the conventional large sized meats, this paper downsizes the gas to be suitable for sampling and crushes grains and peeled shells or stems and excludes grains and grains from rice, barley and soybeans.
