본 고안은 금형으로서 최대한 사출이 가능한 적은 크기로 사출을 하였으나 많은 인장힘을 필요로하지 않는 꼬리표 끈으로서는 불필요하게 재질이 낭비되기 때문에 사출로서 최대한 적은 굵기로 사출한 Ⅰ형의 꼬리표 끈을 콤베이에 의해 안내 이송시키는 과정에서 가열판 사이를 통과시 인장될 부분만 연질로 변화되여 이동되다가 가열판 사이를 완전 통과되였을시 콤베이후 방향에 접합된 기어에 치합되여 동력을 전달하는 기어가 접합된 동일축에 접합된 켐에 의해서 작동되는 작동간 일측 단부에 유착된 작동구가 가늘고 길게 인장시키는 합성수지재용 꼬리표 끈 인장장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a mold that is injected as small as possible, but since the material is wasted unnecessarily as a tag string that does not require much tensile force, the I-type tag string injected with the smallest thickness as an injection is placed in the comb.
