본 고안은 콘크리트를 타설하기 위하여 설치하는 철재 형틀판과 형틀판을 연결 조립시키는 체결구로서 제3도와 같이 형틀판(판넬)의 외측면으로 돌설된 돌기에 체결구의 좌우 지지편에 천설된 괘홈이 걸치게하여 별개의 연결봉을 삽착한 다음 체결구의 상부 좌우로 관통되게 천공된 체결공에 일면이 경사진 키봉을 삽착하도록한 콘크리트 타설용 형틀 체결장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 콘크리트 타설용 형틀판(판넬)이 목재로 되어있기 때문에 형틀판과 형틀판의 외측면에 각목으로 연결하여 못을 박아야하는 불편은 물론 타설한 콘크리트가 완전 양생이된 후 형틀판을 해체시 못을 뺄때 형틀판 및 연결 각목이 파손되므로 형틀판의 수명이짧고 또한 한번 사용한 못은 폐기물이 되므로 경제적 부담이 있었다.The present design is a fastener for connecting and assembling a steel mold plate and a mold plate installed to cast concrete, and a hanging groove installed on the left and right support pieces of the fastener is formed on the protrusion protruded to the outer surface of the mold plate (panel) as shown in FIG.
