분무기의 등물받이

본 고안은 본체상부 주연부가 굽어지고, 하부로는 두개의 내, 외측 삽지벽을 형성하되 접면에서 요입부를 일체로 형성한 분무기의 등물받이에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 분무기의 상부에는 외측주벽상단을 연장시키어 분무시의 누수가 넘치지못하도록 하여왔으나 실제로 분무기 사용시의 인체의등의 각도가 불일치되어 약간만 기울어져도 수용액이 등쪽으로 넘치게되는 문제점이 흔히 발생되었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 분무기사용시의 인체의 구부러질 수 있는등의 최대각도에서도 수액액이 넘치지 않도록 별도의 등물받이를 새로이 하고자한다.
이와 같은 점을 달성하기 위한 상세한 구조를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 물받이 본체(1)는 상부(1') 주연부가 일측으로 굽어지게되며, 하부에는 내, 외 지지판(3)(3')을 형성하되 접면에서 요입부(2)를 이루며 상부(1')와 지지판(3)(3')사이의 요입부(2) 외주에는 돌출테(4)(4')가 볼록하게 돌출되어서된다.
미설명부호 5는 분무기상단의 주연단부이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 분무기 사용시에 본체(1)의 하부 지지판(3)(3')의 요입부(2)가 분무기 주연부(5)에 삽지되게하여 사용케되는 것으로 분무시에 분무기상부내측에 누수된 용액에 약간 기울어지더라도, 분무기 상단주연부를 넘쳐 분무기 사용자의 등쪽으로 흐르지 못하도록 방지케되는 효과가 있는 것이다.
특히 본 고안은 분무기를 등에지고 작업할때의 최대구부린 각도를 고려하여 본체(1)전체의 폭을 결정하므로 수액용의 넘침을 거의 완벽하게 방지할 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.
