제1도는 본 발명에 따른 혼합기의 단면을 도식적으로 보여주는 부분 정면도이고,

제3도는 제1 및 2도의 회수판을 도식적으로 보여주는 투시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 한쌍의 판은 각각의 작용 표면을 갖고, 이들중 어느 하나 또는 두개의 판의 운동에 의해 두 작용 표면 사이에 상대운동이 유지되도록 조절되고 ; 홈이 상기 작용 표면의 양쪽에 제공되고, 한 작용표면의 홈들은 두 작용 표면사이의 상대운동에 의해 다른 작용 표면의 홈들과 교차될 수 있도록 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 한쌍의 판은 공동축으로 배열된 상부, 정지 원판 및 하부, 회전 원판을 포함하고, 이들 사이의 혼합 지역을 한정하기 위해 상기 상부 원판으로부터 공간을 이루고, 상기 혼합기는 더욱 더 상기 상부 및 하부 원판의 어느 하나 또는 이들 둘의 회전에 의해 양쪽 작용표면 사이에 상대운동을 일으키고 한개 또는 그 이상의 유입포트가 상기 혼합지역에서 혼합되도록 상기 혼합지역으로 공급재료 유입을 위해 연결되어 있고, 상부원판 각각에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 환상홈이 상기 하부 원판의 주변부분에 제공되고, 밀폐수단이 상기 혼합 지역에서 혼합된 생성물이 상기 환상홈내에 회수되도록 상기 혼합지역의 주변에 제공되고, 배출포트가 혼합된 생성물이 상기 배출포트를 통해 배출되도록 상기 환상 홈과 유동하도록 연결되어 있고 상기 하부 원판에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 지역의 주변으로부터 배출된 혼합 생성물이 고정날 부재에 의해 긁어 모아지도록 상기 상부 및 하부 원판의 외부주변 표면과 직접 접촉하게 상기 고정날 부재를 배치하고, 상기 혼합지역으로부터 배출된 혼합 생성물을 받기 위해 상기 혼합 지역의 주변에 인접하여 환상 회수 용기를 배치함을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  5. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 원판의 각각의 작용 표면위에 홈들은 6개 부분으로 동일하게 구분하기 위해 작용 표면위에 6개의 동일한 각으로 나누어진 홈들을 포함하고 있고, 다수의 홈들은 각부분의 반경 홈과 더불어 각 부분에 평행하게 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  6. 제2 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 상부 원판이 히이터가 상기 혼합 지역내의 공급재료를 원하는 온도로 가열할 수 있도록 내제된 지지판 위에 상기 상부 원판이 장치됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
  7. 제2내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 작용 표면들은 상기 상부 및/또는 하부 원판의 회전축에 대해 대칭 단면으로 파형 또는 주름 잡힌형 입을 특징으로 하는 혼합기.
