본 고안은 위와 같은 종래의 재결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 고정틀(1)의 양측지지판(2)(2')에 한쌍의 수직안내공 (2가)(2나)을 뚫어서 고정틀(1) 저면에 횡설된 승강횡판(7)의 양측 횡틀기(8)(8')가 삽통되게하고 횡틀기(8)(8')의 외측단을 각각 지지판(2)(2')의 측으로 설치한형 승간간(5)의 하단부에 연결하여 승간간(5) 상단중심부를 지지판 측면의 지지편(3)에 중간부가 유착된 작동레버(4)의 내측단과 연결핀(6)으로 접속하고 작동레버(4)의 외측단은 지지판(1)의 전방상단에 있는 고정편(18)의 수직안내공(18')에 횡삽하여 걸림홈(18)에 출입되는 고정자(19)와 접리되게 구성하고 승강원통 상면에 수개의 공탄연소통(9)을 재치하여 전후로 이동이 가능케 한다음 각 공탄 연소통(9)의 상주연에는 승강원통(9')을 유삽하여 고정보울트(9")로 고정할 수 있게하고 고정틀(1) 상부에는 공탄연소통(9)과 직통하게 가열통(10)(10')(10")이 형성되어 외주면으로 열풍실(13)이 형성되게 외통(14)을 피복한 열풍로를 재치하여 중앙부 가열통(10)과 양측가열통(10')(10")사이에 횡연통관(11)(11')으로 설치하고 중앙부가열통(10)상단에 배열관(12)을 돌설하며 그 저부에 차열판(10가)을 장치하고 열풍실(13)상단에는 열풍배출구(16)를 형성하고 하단에는 공기취입관(15)을 돌설하여 송풍기(17)를 연결토록 한 구조이다. 이와같이된 본 고안은 건조실내에 열풍로를 장치한 후 열풍실(13)의 공기취입관(15)에는 송풍기(17)의 송출구를 연결하고 열풍배출구(16)에는 열풍배분관을 접속하며 송풍기(17)의 유입구에는 건조실내부에 장치한 흡인관을 연결하고 배연관(12)에는 굴뚝을 연결하여 공탄연소통(9)을 가열통 저부에 접근시키면 각 가열통(10)(10')(10")내에 연탄의 연소열기가 투입되어 가열통이 가열되면 그 외주의 열풍실에 들어오는 공기가 가열되어 건조실로 강제공급되면 건조실내에 있는 습한 공기는 송풍기의 흡인구로 흡인되어 열풍실(13)공간으로 취입되어 가열된 다음 다시 건조실내로 투입되는 순환경로를 유지하게되어 고온의 열풍을 건조실내에 계속적으로 공급할 수 있게되는 효과를 얻도록 되는 것인데, 본 고안의 공탄연소통은 승강횡판(7)에 장치되어 연탄을 갈아 넣을 때는 작동레버(4)의 내측단을 강하시켜 승강횡판(7)이 고정틀 저부로 내려지게하여 가열통(10)저부와 연소통사이가 이간되게한 후 연소통을 외출시킨다음 공탄을 교환하고 교환이 끝나면 다시 가열통 저부로 연소통을 밀어넣고 작동레버(4)의 내측단이 상승되게하여, 고정편(18)의 걸림홈(18")에 있는 고정자(19)에 의하여 고정되게하면 승강횡판이 상승하여 연소통의 상주연이 가열퉁 입구에 여유없이 밀착되는 바, 열기가 외부로 허실되는 일이 없어 연소통(9)의 연소열이 전부 가열통(10)(10')(10")내로 투입되어 가열통을 효과적으로 가열하게 되어 열효율이 높은 효과를 얻을수 있으며, 각 연소통(9)상주연에는 승강원통(9')이 장치되어서 그 위치를 조정할 수 있으므 규격에 알맞는 높이를 유지할 수 있어 밀착효과를 최대로 높일 수 있고 중앙부 가열통(10)의 베연관(13)내측에는 차열판(10가)이 있어서 배연관(12)의 흡인력을 저지함으로 양측 가열통(10')(10")의 연소통에 있는 공탄과 같은 속도로 공탄연소가 가능하여 교환시간을 일정하게 할 수 있는 이점이 있고 수개의 가열통이 나란히 설치되어 있어서 가열면적이 넓기 때문에 열풍실(13)내에 취입되는 많은 공기를 빠른 시간내에 가열하여 배출시킬 수 있는 기능을 갖게되는 바, 비교적 값싼연료를 사용하여 매우 고열을 낼수있는 열풍로를 얻게되는 경제적인 장점이 있고, 구조가 간편하면서도 효과가 높은 실용성을 얻게되는 장점이 있다.The present invention is described in detail based on the accompanying drawings, which were devised to correct the conventional defects as described above.
