Claims (1)

  1. 목재로된 고지의 가구에 외형무늬를 제조함에 있어서, 목재로 제조된 가구에 외형무늬를 삽입하되 중량비율로 하여 장석 40％, 고령토 25％, 규석 35％를 혼합하여 곱게 파쇄하여 무늬모양이 나오도록 압착하여 도자기판을 만들고 1,300-1,400℃ 로 7-9시간동안 가열하고 무늬가 음각된 부분에 칠보를 넣어서 900℃ 로 4-5시간동안 재가열한 후 연마 가공하여 다시 800-900℃ 로 30-60분동안 가열한 다음 칠보가 가공된 도자기판을 가구의 전면 공간부에 강력 접착재로 부착하여 동자목 사이로 삽입하여 되는 것을 특징으로하는 가구의 외형무늬 제조방법.
    1)목재로 제조된 가구의 독립항 제1항에 있어서, 도자기판에 음각 또는 인화(도장)하여 흑, 백상감을 삽입하고 700-900℃ 로 예열한 다음 장석, 규석, 고령토, 석회, 나무재, 코발트의 성분으로된 유약처리를 하여 1,300-1,400℃ 로 가열하는 상감가구 제조방법.
    2)목재로 제조된 상감가구의 종속항 제1항에 있어서, 도자기판에 내화토를 분칠한 다음 필요한 부분을 긁어내고 700-900℃ 로 예열하고 장석, 규석, 고령토, 석회, 나무재, 코발트의 성분으로된 유약처리를 하여 1,300-1,400℃ 로 최종가열하여서되는 상감가구의 제조방법.
    3)목재로 제조된 상감 가구의 종속항 제2항에 있어서, 도자기판을 700-900℃ 로 예열하여 청화(푸른그림) 철화(산화철로된 것) 진사등을 사용하여 그림을 그려넣고 장식, 규석, 고령토, 석회, 나무재, 코발트의 성분으로된 유약처리를 한 다음, 1,300-1,400℃ 로 최종가열하여서되는 상감가구의 제조방법.
