제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예의 새도우마스크형 컬러브라운관의 부분축단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 선 2-2에서 취한 면판패널의 정면도.
제3도, 제4도 및 제5도는 각각 제2도의 선 3-3, 4-4,5-5를 따라 취한 패널의 횡단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 각각단축 및 장축을 따른 곡률을 갖는 외부표면을 가진 사각연스크린을 포함하는 음극선관에 있어서, 적어도 면판패널(18)의 중심부에서 단축(Y-Y)을 따른 곡률이 장축(X-X)을 따른 곡률보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내부에 있는 새도우마스크(24,32)는 그 장축(X-X)을 따른 곡률보다 단축(Y-Y)을 따른 곡률이 보다 크게한 것을 특징으로하는 음극선관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면판패널(18)의 두께는 그 중심부에서 보다 그 가장자리에서 더 두껍게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 면판패널(18)의 중심부에서 단축(Y-Y)을 따른 곡률은 장축(X-X)을 따른 곡률보다 4/3큰 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
