Claims (8)

  1. 압력해소구멍(2)과 압력해소구멍(2)을 덮고 있는 타단덮개부재(4)와 용기의 압력이 선정된 한계를 능가할 때 덮개부재(4)를 파단시키는 절단장치(5)와 용기압력이 선정된 최대압력 이하일 때 절단장치(5)를 덮개부재(4)에 접촉되지 않는 위치에 유지시켜 주는 강성 유지장치(6)와 압력이 최대압력한계를 초과 할 때 파단되는 유지장치(6)의 용이파단부(6a)를 갖추고 있어 용기(1)의 압력의 작용하에 절단장치(5)를 움직이게 함으로서 덮개부재(4)를 파단시키게 되는 압력용기(1)의 안전장치로서, 유지장치(6)는 절단장치(5)에 강성연결되어 있으며, 절단장치(5)는 제1판(8)에 강성연결되어 있고, 덮개부재94)는 덮개부재의 파단테를 정의하여 절단장치(5)의 절단날에 접촉할 수 있도록 제1판(8)과 제2판(9)사이에 고정되어 있으며, 유지장치(6)와 절단장치(5) 및 제1판(8)은 덮개부재(4)의 용기(1)내측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유지장치(6)는 사용중에 덮개부재(4)쪽을 향하여 힘을 가하는 용기(1)의 압력 매체 작용에 노출되어 있는 중간부재(1)에 의해 절단장치(5)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유지장치는 그 한쪽 끝이 중간부재(7)에 굳게 고정되고 다른 쪽 끝은 압력해소구멍(2)의 입구(3a)에 인접한 고정블럭에 고정되어 있는 유지부재(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 한쪽 끝이 중간부재(7)에 고정되고 다른쪽 끝은 압력해소구멍(2)의 입구(3a)를 둘러싼 블럭에 고정되어 있는 다수의 유지부재(6)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  5. 제2항에서 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유지부재(6)는 쉽게 식별되는 전단부를 갖춘 유지봉인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 식별이 용이한 전단부는 유지봉의 표면에 형성된 환상홈(6a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  7. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 덮개부재(4)는 그 외측테두리가 압력해소구멍(2)의 입구(3a)에 고정된 금속박인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
  8. 제1항과 첨부된 도면에 도시된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 안전장치.
